All items will be shipped by USPS* and a tracking number provided. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Insurance is always added to shipments. We are not responsible for any lost packages once they are shipped and tracking provided. It's out of our hands once it's in theirs and we would recommend reaching out to USPS and filing an insurance claim if needed. 

Many items are shipped directly from the vendor and will ship separately from in-stock items. Turnaround time is listed on the product page or post. 

Personalized and pre-order items require additional time and the expected turn around time (TAT) will be listed on the product listing. 

Fragile/Heavy items may be shipped by UPS and may incur additional shipping fees at checkout.
