Return Window
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Process
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. See sections below for details related to damages, defects, personalized and pre-orders.
To start a return, you can contact us at homesweethutch@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you'll need to scheduled a meet up for a pick-up or mail the item back to our office. Return shipping is your responsibility and is non-refundable. Home Sweet Hutch is not responsible for damaged, lost or returned packets. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours of receiving if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can best respond. You will receive a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, you will receive store credit upon product return.
Personalized Orders
Personalized orders will be placed as entered in the custom field on the website by the customer. If the product ordered does not match what was submitted, please inspect the item and contact us with pictures within 24 hours of receiving the item. You will receive a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, you will receive a full refund upon product return.
Pre-Order Items
No refunds on pre-orders unless product is found to be defective within 24 hours of receiving. You will be offered a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, you will receive a store credit upon product return.
Non-Eligible Items
Items NOT eligible for return include: personalized and pre-order items (see specifics in this page), swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, beauty, sale/clearance items and gift cards.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item
Refunds (Store Credit)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund via store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically issue store credit within 24-48 hours. If you do not receive a store credit notification via email, please contact us at homesweethutch@gmail.com.
